    A2A Research, Inc. will support the enterprise’s management innovation by means of telework introduction.

    We will propose the best combination of human resource management, information and communication systems and office layout plans, based on successful cases home and abroad. Information and communication systems include the establishment of information security.

  • The pre-evaluation of telework introduction effects
    By interviews and questionnaires, we will analyze and evaluate the effects of telework introduction.

  • Promotion and support of telework introduction project
    We will provide advice and support to the project team during the whole term of telework introduction. (Typically, about half a year.)

  • Trainings for teleworkers and telemanagers
    There will be a half day’s training for each. Some part of them can be done by e-learning on the intranet or internet.
