 Specializes in system engineering, ICT applications. He began his carrier with KDD after graduating from the University of Tokyo.
In KDD, he was engaged in system engineering for INTELSAT and INMARSAT satellite communication systems, management of R&D
activities, intellectual property rights, and human resource management.
Then served as the director of Washington Liaison Office of KDD and the executive VP of KDD America (1996 - 2000)
After founding A2A Research, Inc., with his colleagues, he is also involved in promotional activities of ICT applications such as telework.

| Mikio Yokoyama, Managing Director |
 Specializes in satellite and radio communications technologies. After graduating from Waseda University, he joined KDD, where he initially worked for the development of ship terminals and ground stations for MARISAT and INMARSAT systems.
Then, engaged in the implementation of various radio facilities including microwave transmission systems, power supply systems. He participated in many international meetings, i.e., ITU, WARC, INMARSAT. After serving as the executive vice president of KDD Network Solutions, he co-founded A2A Research, Inc. Currently he is mainly involved in the project of next generation satellite communications systems as an expert of communications protocols.

| Katsumi Yamamoto, Managing Director |
 Specializes in satellite and radio communications technologies.
After graduating from Himeji Institute of Technology, he joined KDD, where he was initially engaged in operations and maintenance of INTELSAT earth stations. Then, he was involved in the implementation of MARISAT coast earth station and INTELSAT TT&C station as well as international cooperation activity at overseas earth stations as an expert.
He was also involved in the design of digital satellite communications system for INMARSAT while dispatched to their headquarters in London for 5 years (1985 - 1990)
He served as the chairman of technical committee of INMARSAT, director of DDI Pocket(PHS phone company), head of a KDDI data center.
After co-founding A2A Research, Inc., he is regularly consulted by corporate clients and visiting Asia Pacific countries as an expert on satellite and radio communication systems.
